Today, more than 2 billion people earn less than $2 a day. 70% are women in Africa. We help these women by guaranteeing them a minimum salary of $20 per day, which allows them to carry out professional projects and/or pursue their studies.
Currently, our guests come from 19 countries in Central and West Africa but also from the Philippines and Haiti! By 2020, isahit aims to expand its recruitment spectrum in Asia and Latin America.

With isahit, our contributors acquire new digital skills while generating income. isahit thus encourages entrepreneurial projects of young Africans. Kimso, the research and consulting firm specialising in social impact, analyses isahit's Social Return On Investment every year. The litigants are asked about their experiences, the skills they have acquired and the income they receive. A score card is then issued by Kimso to assess our social impact. The latest study shows that isahit mainly generates 3 impacts: education, professionalization and empowerment of women.

The opening of Spanish and German are planned for 2020.
There is a recruitment process to be able to work on the platform. A continuous follow-up during the implementation of the project is set up. The client is in permanent contact with the project manager and can have real-time information on the progress of the project.
We know our community through the training we do via Skype.

All projects are monitored by our project managers. Wages are transferred to the heirs via Orange money or bank transfer.
When we ask our heirs, 2 types of projects often come back:
- The creation of a company or business
- The continuation of studies at university or specialized schools
Isahit is a family of 15 employees divided into 4 distinct teams:
- The Chief Hapiness Officers team: Their role is to manage the recruitment, integration and training of heelers on the platform. They are also responsible for community management
- The Customer success manager team: The objective is to monitor the quality of projects and ensure compliance with contracts. CSMs also work in collaboration with business developers when writing order intentions.
- The Business Developers team: Getting new customers is the number one task of our BizDevs. Finding the perfect tariff balance to satisfy the customer and the heirs is also a necessity for them.
- Developers: All the IT and development part of the platform, they are in charge of it!
Within 5 years, our objective is to have 10,000 employees work on the platform and expand our presence on the 5 continents.
5% of the income is donated to the Isahit Help program. This program in charge of providing computer equipment (tablets, computers...) for women as a working tool. They also have access to the Internet and adequate premises to work in the best possible conditions. Thanks to isahit help, female heirs have the opportunity to open a bank account and receive the necessary assistance to register as self-employed workers.
