ManoMano Improves BPO Back-Office Activities with isahit

"The ManoMano Group, the European leader in online home and garden, has entrusted isahit, a socially responsible startup, with its back-office activities to improve its user experience. Thanks to this collaboration, more than 10 women have been trained in digital professions and also allows them to finance their entrepreneurial project or their studies.
Founded in January 2017 by Isabelle Mashola and Philippe Coup-Jambet, isahit is a socially responsible startup that bridges the gap between artificial intelligence and human intelligence. This French tech for good offers companies a digital impact sourcing platform in self-service mode or via a programmatic interface (API), for the processing of digital tasks that cannot be handled by artificial intelligence.
The community of HITers of isahit (HIT=human intelligence task) is mainly composed of women based in Africa, Asia and South America, looking for additional income to finance their studies or an entrepreneurial project. Isahit is part of a co-development approach by participating in the deployment of the CSR strategy of French companies and by giving new opportunities to the populations of emerging countries.
Today, isahit provides digital work to more than 1,250 women across 32 countries and has a mission to bring together 10,000 HITers to create a social impact for 40,000 people within 3 to 4 years. Isahit has more than 200 clients, including many CAC 40 key accounts (Airbus, Sodexo, Décathlon...). More than 40,000,000 micro tasks have been performed since 2017. »
