Paris, January 21, 2021

Murfy, a fast-growing player in household appliance repair, trusts isahit, a platform for outsourcing digital tasks. As a startup in the circular economy, Murfy is banking on the enrichment of its product catalogue in order to offer the best possible experience to its customers.
Thanks to this collaboration, more than 50 women are trained daily in the digital business while enabling them to finance their entrepreneurial project in their country.

Born in 2017, Murfy's mission is to reduce our household waste. The start-up, co-founded by five friends, offers three services: free tutorials for repairing your own household appliances, home repairs by a salaried technician, at a fixed price of €75 per intervention (excluding the price of spare parts), and an e-commerce platform to sell its reconditioned appliances in its workshops in France.

In order to improve its user experience, the start-up turned to isahit, a digital task outsourcing platform for Artificial Intelligence and data processing.

Also created in 2017, isahit's mission is to enable young women from developing countries to have a part-time job thanks to its digital task outsourcing platform. Isahit gives work only to women, up to a maximum of 100 hours per month, to help them finance their studies or to develop a professional project in parallel, such as creating an e-commerce website to sell local products, obtaining a master's degree in digital communication, improving the ability to work in a team and become familiar with management and sharing tools, etc.

Thanks to isahit, these young women earn an additional income while being trained in the digital tools that are essential to take part in the digital world of tomorrow. The collaboration with Murfy has enabled dozens of women to be trained in digital professions and to have the opportunity to finance their entrepreneurial project or their studies.

Today, isahit trains more than 1,050 women in digital work and aims to bring together 10,000 women to create a social impact on 40,000 people within the next 4 to 5 years. Present in Africa, South America, Asia, and now in France, the start-up has more than 200 clients, including many major CAC 40 companies (Airbus, Sodexo, Décathlon...). More than 49,000,000 digital tasks have been performed since 2017.
