EXCERPT: "YOU COME BACK WITH A SOLUTION THAT ALLOWS BOTH TO SUBCONTRACT DIGITAL MICRO TASKS AND TO IMPROVE THE LIVING CONDITIONS OF HUNDREDS OF WOMEN SPREAD IN THE POOREST COUNTRIES OF THE PLANET

It was a social and technological innovation that I was able to discover during the spark show to which I was participating, a spark show being a mix between a Ted X and the voice. Project promoters have three minutes to fly with a panel of journalists who can buzzer or not. If they buzz, they take the moral commitment to make it a subject in their media.

AND SO YOU BUZZED?

How not to buzzer; and not talk about ISAHIT. This innovation is born of the fact that today in the world, two billion people work for less than $2 a day, of which 70% are women. Second observation: with the development of digital, many simple, but time consuming and very costly tasks if carried out in developed countries, have emerged.

ISAHIT's intuition is the creation of a platform that accompanies French companies in the cutting into multiple simple tasks their digital projects, such as image clipping, writing short texts for blogs. ISAHIT then links these companies with self-employed women who will realize them, while remunerating them properly.

HOW MUCH ARE THESE WOMEN PAID?

Today around 20 euros per day, but ISAHIT's concern goes further than the remuneration. ISAHIT also wants to verify that this action has an impact on those who work, but also for their entourage. This is why at the beginning of the collaboration each " " hiteris the name given to their collaborators, filled in a questionnaire, very complete to know the social, economic and patrimonial situation of the company in hiterorder to verify that the remuneration, voluntarily high for the country, has a real impact.

Phillipe Coup Jambet, co-founder with Isabelle Masholathe company, told us this beautiful story on Saturday. The story of a woman accountant who, having lost her job, wanted to start her own business as an independent accountant. His work with ISAHIT allowed him to buy a computer and return to a more lucrative job. A story that has been able to come back thanks to the regular impact measurement carried out by ISAHIT teams.

ISAHIT is only 3 years old, but today are 443 projects that have been processed, 903 Hiters who work or have worked for ISAHIT. This initiative directly impacted 3612 people who achieved a total of 12 million digital micro. In the coming months, ISAHIT will open up to Anglophone Africa, and Asia with a goal of ten thousand hiters to the 2030 horizon.

A solution that I hope will ultimately roll back poverty in the world, a horizon that is the first of the 17 sustainable development goals.
